 Spike is the teams "VooDoo Priest of Fire", or just a pyro we haven't figured that out yet. He is also called Mr. Sensitive by those of us who know and love him.

He likes Beer, loud obnoxious music, Beer, Sitting in his hot tub, Beer, Going to loud obnoxious concerts, Beer and... did I mention Beer?

People love Spike (not sure that works both ways) but people seem to like the abuse.

Friends call me Red.  I'm the Pit master and Flavor Designer.

I'm American by birth, and Southern by the Grace of God! A native Texan so Bar-BQ just feels natural.

I'm also your typical  redneck girl who loves cooking, camping, fishing, Monster trucks and mud wrestling!
